looking to buy 03 sr5 V8

Looking at a 03 SR5 V8 with 65K on the odometer. This will be my first used vehicle in some time for reasons I cant go into right now. I am looking for info on how many miles I can expect the truck to go. I am very meticulous with my vehicles, maint, cleaning, etc. It is silver with the cladding. Anything I should be looking out for because of the 65K?

Also, I should be able to get it for between 15500 and 16500. This seems to be a great deal if you look at the book value on this truck.
