Looking to buy a 3rdgen t4r

Ok my lease on my mazda3gt 2008 is comming to an end , and Im on the market for a t4r 3rd gen. I was wondering what was the price range for these trucks.
Ive been looking at this one. The price is at 8900$
details are as follow
2000 t4r Sr5 with leather/sunroof
no accident / 2 owners / smoker free
comes with 4 brand new winter tire
Automatic 130k Kilometer ( 81k mile)

whats your thought

OP - If it's in clean shape and 4wd, it's not a bad price at all. Location plays a big role in price.

Even at that mileage, price is probably top end but not out of the park. Especially if clean and well maintained. But, that is right around the mileage where you'd want to consider a new timing belt and water pump if it has never been done. Figure, at least, a handful of 100 dollar bills for the cost of that. Does it have a good maintenance history? If it has been taken care of and there is documented proof, it's worth a little extra investment in my opinion. I paid about that much for my limited but virtually everything had been done already and there was documentation to prove it. So far, it has been a good vehicle. I did have to put a new O2 sensor in it as I was scared to death by a check engine light on the way home from picking it up. But that cost me $60 or so and it fixed the problem. And I also made a pro-active change on my own to put a new radiator in it - another couple hundred for rad, coolant, hoses, etc. The rad that was in it seemed fine but I didn't want to tempt the pink milkshake in a 12 year old radiator.
