that small piece comes with the weatherstrip. my advice would be to get a good weatherstrip from the junkyard

Just picked up several of those filler blocks at the pick-n-pull lot tonight. Also got them for our missing one for the rear window as well. Now just trying to figure out how to get it in correctly without breaking off the little tab on the back side.

The pic and pull yards around here don't have Toyotas in them. For used parts I have to go to a specialty wrecker and pay more than I would on eBay.
