Hmm...I didn’t see anything else on the forum about this, but I didn’t find instructions on how to remove it. Wondering if somehow it got loose? I’m assuming I can simply retighten if that’s the case.
Also, the people that make rear hatch ladders have you temporarily remove the spoiler to install the ladder. Search out the instructions manuals for rear hatch ladders to see how it is done.
Mine was loose, finally got around to fixing it. There’s 4 bolts underneath the spoiler that are hidden by round plastic covers. Can’t remember the size, maybe 10mm? I also had to remove the shroud covering the rear wiper cause that was rattling terribly.

Ive had mine off before to replace a flashing tail light a Nissan dealer installed. Like others said, its four bolts under the round black plastic covers. It should not be loose. If its loose, it may be broken. Its not the type of thing to loosen up. Do you perhaps get a lot of carwashes? I feel like the "soft touch" car wash hits the spoiler hard.
The original weather seal provides some additional adhesion that was lost after it was removed the first time.
There were also a couple pop-plugs? I had to pull pretty hard to actually remove the spoiler from the hatch after the four bolts were removed. By pop-plugs I mean something like the dash has, where you need to pull to pop it off. Cant think of the correct term at the moment.
When you removed the plastic covers, were your bolts noticeably loose and you just had to snug them up or were they already snug and you had to tighten them even more? Just making sure I don't strip these in case they don't require too much torque.
