Lose of power while driving on road.

People are begining to think I'm Nuts! This is an on and off again problem with my 2001 Toyota 4runner v6 3.4L SR5 4x4 auto.trans. While driving, all of a sudden I have no power, I take my foot off of gas pedal and if I press gas pedal right away, nothing, I do it again & I have power once again. I thought this was fixed until the weather just got warmer & its doing it again. And yes the check eng. light is on along with the VSC TRAC & VSC OFF dash lights. A few months ago they were off and came back on again but did not do the power lose deal until two weeks ago. Alot of things have been replaced. Please please help me if you can.

The first thing you need to do is to have a mechanic pull the codes (dtc or detected trouble codes) and post them here. Therefore we won't be giving advice on what may or may not need to be addressed.

You may want to post this again in the 3rd gen forum to get many more responses.

What all has been replaced that you know of?
