Loss of power;uneven idle

While driving around doing errands attempted to start my '98 4cyl 4-runr engine getting loss of power ; missing.Limped home checked compression w/all 4 cyl at 115 lbs.Replaced spark plugs ; checked all vac lines and ign wires,but still loss of power.Friend put tester/analysis found timing very advanced.Has no dist coil.Could this be a computer issue?Need feedback!Thanks

I'd clean the MAF and throttle body. CEL?

Uneven idle, power loss. Could be time for a tune up; spark plugs, oil etc.
