Lots of lights...

My brakes failed, fortunately at a light, and i got the car safely towed home. The rear passenger caliper was toast and leaking fluid. I replaced the caliper along with the pad and rotor, bled the brake fluid (actually flushed all the old fluid from all four calipers). The brakes seem to work but the abs and emergency brake lights are on, and there is a loud warning noise. The parking brake didn't seem to work but i never really use it all i don't know if that's new or not. Thoughts on what's going on?

Disconnect battery and see if it resets

When you flushed everything did you allow the reservoir to completely drain?
you may have gotten air into your ABS sytem.

Oohh bless you! At first it didn't seem to change anything but after a few minutes it spontaneously went out.

See above. I used the Motive power bleeder which makes a brake flush very easy. You need the right connector for different makes of cars. I had a lot of bubbles in one of the calipers. I was patient and checked the rear calipers twice. It took more than two quarts of fluid to flush the system.
