lots of rubbing - suggestions?

I have bilstein 5100 and FJ coils for a lift.
I have spider wheel spacers

Previously I had factory wheels running 265/70R17 wheels. I had some slight rubbing, but moving the inner fenders a bit got rid of it.

I just bought a tire/wheel package.

and the Revo 3 265/70R17 wheels mounted with new sensors.

I figured the tire size was the same

I have MAJOR rubbing when the wheels are turned more than one steering wheel turn. Like maybe an inch of displacement of the lower corner of the front fender and it's rubbing on the rear some too.

What do I do? is the wheel offset different causing this? Should I pull my wheel spacers? It does look like these wheels are significantly wider stance than factory wheels. What is the offset of factory wheels?

Pull the wheel spacers. Have you gotten an alignment? That wouldn help. If that doesnt do it. I would get bigger springs in the rear and set the 5100s higher in the front

Removing the spacers will probably solve the rubbing problem, but that negates why you put the spacers there in the first place. if you want to keep the spacers, suggest moving the inner fenders further and cutting a bit of the bumper cover where it meets the fender. I cut about an inch off mine. there are write-ups on how to do this. you will probably need to adjust the mudguard as well. you should post some pics of where the tire meets the fender when the wheel is turned.

Pulled the spacers last night. That seems to have helped. I still probably need to cut some, like an inch off the bumper.

I think these wheels had a very different offset that are basically doing the same thing the spacers were doing.

I"ll cut bumper tonight but at least it is driveable.

Trim the front bumper, remove front mud flap, and do a body mount chop if rubbing at body mount. If you’re still rubbing you could look into aftermarket UCAs.
