I recently put new stereo in my 99' 4runner but it didn't work, so today I got a new harness and re-spliced everything in case i wired it wrong the first time. Now, when i turn on my headlights there is a very loud mid-tone constant hum, there is also a constant static noise even when my deck is muted and the static cuts out sometimes,only my right front speaker works when it does this, and when there is no static my speakers don't work at all. it says "no service" when i try to connect to bluetooth and i have no clue what to do. I thought it might be a bad ground but i didn't mess with my ground at all.
