Loud Buzzing sound question

I have a 2008 Sr5 2wd. In the past few months there has been a periodic buzzing sound coming from behind the glove compartment. Does anyone have any idea as to what it could be? It is not quiet! Please help. It’s driving me crazy!!!!

I don't have a Gen4, but sounds like something is caught in or near the cabin air filter.

Behind glove box on right and high up is recirc actuator. In the center is blower. On left are blend and mode actuators.
