Loud squeak when stopping at full lock.

Hi, I just put Bilstein 5100's at the 2.5 setting and moog fj cruiser springs in last night and today I noticed that the UCA is touching at full droop but that I can fix with a aftermarket UCA. The thing I'm concerned with at the moment is when I either turn at full lock and stop or when I'm off road if I hit a bump at full lock I get a very loud squeaking noise from the front end, Does anyone have any ideas?

I should add that I had daystar 2.5/1.5 spacers, spidertrax, and Wrangler Duratrac 255/75r17's with the fender liners and mudflaps moved. The only thing I changed was removing the spacer lift and adding the 5100's with fj moog coils in the front and moog fj coils with the spacers in the rear. The front is at 38" and the rear is 40.5".
