Low accumulator pressure???

Alright... I don't even know where to begin. But in a nutshell I changed my mc twice and and on the 2nd one I had the accumulator and abs pump changed. But one problem I have always had was my mc giving me problems ONLY in cold weather. In the beginning id get that pumping sound and the brake light with the buzzing before changing the abs pump and accumulator. And that was a year ago in April when it was hot and I was living in houston. I moved to Michigan and now it's doing alot of different things. I start up my rig the brake light with buzzing will come on until it warms up and then its gone. Yesterday and today it was just the brake light on with no sound. Ran some codes I got alot of codes while the brake light was on in the 1st pic. Cleared codes and scanned again and 2nd pic shows new list. I shut off my truck and went to go run some errands and no brake light so I ran codes, cleared and 3rd pic shows the new list of codes.

My question is does this only happen in cold weather because pressure and air contracts which in result causes my mc/accumulator showing low pressure with the brake lights on?? Please someone help me understand this because this ONLY happenes in cold weather and not warm weather.

Thanks for reading

It may be worth grabbing some cheap hologens and popping them in just to test. I know HIDs don't have fans, but who knows.

I *did* have LEDs, turns out that was my issue. They were causing codes C0226, C0236, C0246, C0256, C1223 (which is a nothing code), and C1256 - all ABS codes.
