Ok ive searched and nothing...maybd you guys can help. Truck starts fine run about 15-30mins idles fine no problem then I shut her off. Walk in the store come back starts right up but idle is low around 400-500 rpms. I gas it still returns to 400-500, then I take it for a drive, next stop its idling around 800-900 perfect. Problem doesnt return until I shut her off and let it sit for 5-10mins.

Mine does the same thing, after driving and letting it sit for a few min (ie, run in to subway to get a sub) I crank her up and she ildes really low and even sometimes stalls in reverse (automatic tranny). But after driving 200 feet shes fine... I've replaced fuel pump and filter in April.. I was thinking vaccum leak? But its not constant..

Yes, very 'gurgly' sounding (exhaust), hesitant to go... but once you give her some gas, shes fine.

Plugs or wires? I'm not sure. I'd guess something with the ignition.
Doubt it helps you guys any but good luck.

IMO something might be getting heat soaked. Does it feel like its stumbling slightly or just a low idle.

My 22RE 5speed does basically the same thing once its warmed up. I've done the plugs, wires, and fuel/air filter. Could the stumble be a valve or timing issue of some kind?

I was thinking my buddys jeep used to do the same thing. Then after a while would not start when hot. Found out later it was the Distributor being old and getting heat soaked made is worse. Sorry it was a long time ago and forgot about that.
