I couldn't help but laugh with the responses . Let me explain. For the last week my 07 4runner has been shaking considerably when im between 1100 and 1800 rpms and between 30 to 40 mph. I have been searching for a couple of days for the cause of this and many others have this problem with no clear answer as to the reason why it happens. I finally found the thread which I posted which explains the symptoms and causes in detail. This happens to any toyota or lexus with the A750E or F transmission which we have.

Shudder at low RPM

My 2017 SR5 developed the same drivability problem in Dec. 2022. Lots of internet reading seems to confirm the Toyota FlexLock torque converter system is the issue. My repairs were fortunately covered by my Platinum SA.
Dealer repair #1 -replacing the TC- did not repair the problem. Repair #2 - replacing the transmission- did solve the problem. The source of the failure seems to be in the tranny valve body-a relay and valve. I would suspect Toyota outsourced components failed causing these big repairs. Fortunately driving in "4S" instead of "D" seems to bypass the failure and limit excessive wear of the FlexLock friction materials inside the TC. This will provide you time to schedule R&R of these defective components.
