Btw if you plan to do LBJs consider outer tie rods and possibly inners as well. I did LBJs and OTRs for the ease of installation.

How about getting the sway bar bushings at the same time? Would replacing those make any notable improvements in handling?
 
If their are flattened and cracking then you can change them if you'd like as well. Lots mention a slight improvement in handling with sway bar bushing changed as well as the end link bushings. They don't cost much to change and id do them if your old bushings are cracking.
