Not my style, perhaps 20 years ago I would have like that when you could see alot of lowerd toyota trucks. I just think that a 4runner should never be lowered, It does'nt look right. Toyota truck or any other truck brand looks better lowered. Good job though on the fabricator of the truck.

It's not my cup of tea.

Infact I feel the urge to go rescue it and return it to its former glory. Some trucks look fine lowered, but this one looks like it got sucked into the tarmac.

Not i big fan of this one. and def not a fan of the second pic of the white one. The front bumper sticks out WAY to far.
I have always wanted to slam a jeep yj or tj. so you could just step right into the thing and rip around with no doors, with the ground inches away.
I appreiciate all custom fabricating. I really like that corolla. But not jacked up.

I have thought about dropping the parts truck i haav and cut the back half off of it but....i dont have enough motivation to do that. LOL.

This is for the haters!!!:roadkill:

whats the point ? why chop a runners legs off ? have seen alot of 4wd chopped at the knees like that never understood it , but to each their own

I can use myself for one example. I have a 4runner, I also have a Car Audio hobby (addiction) and that takes up all mt cargo room and adds at least 300 lbs to the rear of the vehicle. I will NEVER take my 4runner offraod. I own it because its a great vehicle and I do plan to own more 4runners in the future. I have thought about lowering my 4runner just because I wont lift it because its pointless for me. But lowering it an inch or two has crossed my mind a number of times just to make it different

I like lowered performance trucks like the ford lightning and the SRT-10 Ram but I don't like "slammed" cars and trucks, looks ugly to me. I seen lowering kits for the 4th gen runners as well as front air splitter from jaos. those look cool

How low were you lookin' at going? That 4Runner in the pic that you posted looks like crap if you ask me.

I think a 4Runner lowered about 2" F/R would look pretty good, especially with some nice 18" wheels or so... They gotta be flush with the fender lip though (not sunken in... yuck).

Would be the ultimate street machine in terms of looks, usability and handling.

I saw a pic of a lowered Runner somewhere on the web, can't say I like it as stated before here it completely ruins the original function of the vehicle. I have seen worse, just hope no one tries to put a T4R on Dayton's. :wtf:

i want to lower the rear of my gen5 to level it off with the front . i dont post often but why is it a one sided issue with lowering or lifting ? i have a lifted 2010 tacoma to do the offroad thing , but my gen5 is strictly street use , thats why i have 22's on her . not everybody likes offroading , and not everybody likes lowered trucks . stop judging ones flavors .
