LR UCA Install

Finally just decided to do it right, got new lower and upper control arms.

Now, looking at my previous alignment check and looking at the UCA instructions, what setting should I use for each? It looks like D, but what's the best way to set it up for the shop to fine tune it?

Rc4 posted that image earlier. That should help you decide how you want yo set those up.

i set mine up at D and have never had an issue aligning exactly how i wanted. That sheet posted above is right about where my alignment sits.

Yes. Set it to D and take it to the shop (preferably one with good experience aligning lifted vehicles)

Install is going great. One side loosely back together. Starting on the next tonight. No seized bolts, everything went together. I'm excited to get it all squared away. I'm betting I will need to do the body mount chop afterwards too.....

Jinxed myself and had a seized bolt. Cut it out, grabbed another from the dealer and got it all done. It's a trip to play with the alignment cams and watch the tires move around. It all seemed so complicated, now seems so simple. Like a big toy car......,

All told, one seized bolt isn't too bad! I think you probably beat the average haha. Glad it all went in relatively trouble free BUT we need pics or it didn't happen!!!

Looks nice! The UCAs really make it easier.

Yeah they fixed the caster, and also no more rubbing at full lock. Very happy with them.

Well, with the caster fix dot created the problem I feared. I'm not rubbing on the inside of the fender, and possibly on the body mount.

Looks like I'm going to do the body mount chop and cut part of the fender. I had already ditched the mudflaps....
