MAF sensor Cleaning

I read a few threads about cleaning my MAF sensor and i tried to locate it and failed to find it. I drive a 97 4runner SR5 2WD. If you have any tips please let me know. thanks

Any known good MAF cleaners? or the one shown in the pic is fine?
Also how should i use the sprayer, do i spray and spray til it gets clean or short bursts?
