Magnaflow Muffler Installation Help

So I've decided that I eventually want to replace my stock muffler in my '03 V8 with an 18" Magnaflow and want to remove my resonator and divert the outlet to the passenger side. I haven't decided if I want to take it to a shop and have it welded or try to do it myself by using clamps. Either way, I'm a bit confused on if new hangers will be have to be added, and how do I deal with the muffler to tail pipe connection because the pipe bends up right after the muffler. Can I even install a new muffler by myself with clamps?

just take it to a muffler shop, less work you have to do will be time saved. maybe 150 or less is all you going to spend for the work.
