Rugged Terrain's = doo doo? Why so? Have you had the chance to test them or own them? If you were to replace the OEM tire and go for something better for street performance with off road capability what would you suggest?

Those are BFG Mud Terrain KM2's in stock size. If you aren't looking for something as agressive go with the BFG All Terrain T/A's. They are awesome tires and last forever. I did install the Bilstein 5100's up front at the third setting also. The ride was greatly improved and the stance of the truck is level now.

He is probably thinking of the BFG Rugged-Fails. Those were some worthless POS highway tires with "AT looking" tread pattern, and sucked at everything.

I have heard that the Rugged Terrains are an actual AT tire and might actually not suck, but I have no first hand experience. Personally, the only BFG tires I would buy is KM2 or Krawler.

yes I have had them on two vehicles that they have been OEM installed on.... there are many better selections from Cooper, Nitto and even BFG

He is probably thinking of the BFG Rugged-Fails.

We had two black vehicles for a few years, both Nissans too. No biggie, just a lot of work.
