The white stuff on top of the trim is just a camera reflection.

Nothing special, the front windows are going to get some darker tint and the tires are going to get upgraded in Dec.

yes, husky. They look decent but they do have a lip on the inside that's sure to catch mud and snow, but in the grand scheme of things, I'd rather deal with that than have rocks nicking the paint.
