I'm also planning to run those same exact tires. Does it rub at all without any lift??? I have read mixed replies about rubbing with that same rim/tire combo with a 275/70.

I thought I heard/felt something at full lock while going slowly over a bump. But I haven't been able to reproduce that. If I notice it again I'll try that liner mod everyone does.

Have you tried the alternative search method in the 5th gen forum main page? its a great asset, and ive even located it in my signature for your ease of use. (yeah im "that girl" who will always let know you know about the search method because its AWESOME, now please try not to about it...)

Hey fellow mag owners... question for those of you who have dipped the chrome...

Did you go with Black or Anthracite (or some other color that I have yet to find...?)

I want to get rid of this chrome but think the black may "stand out" a bit too much?

I cruised through the thread and thought the anthracite looked good but tough to say in 1 picture... lighting, angle, location, etc.

Black. Have done my grill, side emblems and rear 4Runner plate. Looks great and is pretty subtle.
