Is that stock height? I think I'm in the minority on here in that I don't want to lift my new (to me) 4R, but I really want a Gobi rack. The rack would be functional for me, the lift would be purely cosmetic and I don't want to sacrifice my OEM ride quality on the road.

I don't see a lot of 4R's at stock height with a roof rack, so I wanted to make sure I wouldn't look ridiculous. I really like yours, so that puts my mind at ease. And yes, I know this post is 2 months old . Still looking for non-lifted gobi pics!

It is stock ride height with a Rhino Rack Pioneer. I have also been tempted to go with a 1.5" or 2" lift just for looks but living in a big city I've encountered a few garages that nearly grazed the rack as is. Plus, as you said, I really don't want to sacrifice the highway driving feel. Maybe some day...

Brought home my new '17 TRD OF w/ KDSS and moonroof Saturday. First stop the 1 dirt road near the house and to remove the pinstripes and side emblems. Can't wait to get it in some real dirt this week, lots of rain coming through so everything should be nice and muddy.

I am at stock height with a new Rola Rack. It's no Gobi but gives you an idea of how it looks with a rack at stock height. I like it.

Picked her up last Friday. 17' MG 4x4 SR5 Premium. Had 15% tint done on the front, 30% on the back. Have TRD wheels ordered, going to keep the suspension stock for now.

I've seen either that Tacoma or one just like it in Canton (Prominence Point) and at Cherokee Toyota.

Fantastic looking 4R, I really like how you used the bedliner. What brand did you go with?

I like the HF front bumper, but Can't get passed the use of a pin to latch the rear closed, just seems so rudimentary for such a nice (and expensive) bumper.

Thanks. Yea I take it up to Cherokee for service and my fiance works in the Prominence Point area. I've seen a TRD OR 4R running around. I guess that's you?

Lots of awesome trucks on here. Just picked up our 17 TRD magnetic grey a week ago. Plastic dipped and blacked out, rust proofed, tinted windows and today got the bfg ko2's installed 275-70/17.
Absolutely loving this vehicle, officially addicted. :rockon:
