"MAINT" light on

Hi folks,

I understand that the "MAINT" light on is a reminder of time to change the oil. However, my question is oproximately how many miles in between the light show up again once you have reset it? Thank in advance.

I'm not sure how it is triggered but it does vary. I just reset it and use the maintenance reminder set-up in the nav system. You can set it by dates or countdown mileage. It displays a message on the nav, works great!

After 4500 miles, it comes on for 3 seconds and then flashes for another 12 seconds after you turn the key on.

After 5000 miles, it stays on all the time.
