Maintenance Required

I just had my 17 Limited in for its 60K service. The dealer forgot to reset the maintenance reminder. Can I turn this off myself with Tech Stream? I have a cable and functioning software. Thanks.

If you turn the key to the level right before actual ignition (where all the warning lights are on), while holding down the Trip Button, you will see it reset in about 5 -10 seconds.

No key since this is a Limited. Would the procedure be the same, but hit the start button without depressing the brake?

Give it a try and see if it works. I had a 2013 Limited and yes the procedure is the same.

Maint req reset procedure should be in the manual. It is in my 2013 SR5.

Same thing hold down the button while on trip A and press the start button 2 times with no foot on the brake and keep holding the trip button you will see little lines count down on the display
