or i can lease a 08 sports edition v8 for 350 a month and strip the 05 before i give it back

There is also a third option - you can try extending your lease with the current terms. Does not hurt to ask...

Is that Toyota finance to purchase? I'd look into other sources. These days there are many good, used car loans avail from a variety of services.

I like the extend the lease deal too...

Good Luck!

my lease is to high and i tried other used car loans but no one does lease buyouts and a personal loan is way to high
life sucks

You may want to check with a Credit Union, they usually have competitive rates. Home equity may be another option. You may also try borrowing money against your retirement account.

Good luck, let us know how it works out.

credit unions you need to be a member,
home equity is not an option,
but i see everyone wants me to keep
my truck which i would love to do but with the high
interest rates for used cars i cant i need to be in a certain
monthly payment
the said thing is that i have excellent credit

My dealer set me up with a credit union for a new car loan. All I had to do was open a savings account with $20 in it.

Try negotiating a lower buyout price from Toyota Financial. At the 20K residual they will be taking it in the shorts if they have to take it back. Get them to drop it to 17-18K or they can have fun seeing what they will get at auction.
