Making The Switch to AMSOIL...

I'm finally making the change over to Synthetic on my S/C'd 3rd gen, but I'm kinda confused as to which I should go for as far as AMSOIL goes. The only difference I see between the two is, one has a longer interval than the other. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

AMSOIL OE 5W-30 Synthetic Motor Oil
AMSOIL - AMSOIL OE 5W-30 Synthetic Motor Oil (OEF)

OR

AMSOIL Signature Series 100% Synthetic 5W-30 Motor Oil
AMSOIL - Signature Series 100% Synthetic 5W-30 Motor Oil (ASL)

I made the switch to what Dude refers to a while back! Anyway, the signature series has more additives which helps it hold up to the heat and therefore lasts longer. However, if you're still gonna change your oil every 3-5k then go with the OE. Hit me up if you have any questions:
