Okay sorry for the title its just to get your attention

Here is the real question, i got a set of 02 taillights for my 98 and it didnt come with harness, and when i try to put it on today 2 of the bulbs wouldnt fit in there. they must've used diffident harness for the newer ones, question is where can i get them?

You either have to find the harness that will plug in from an 01-02 in the junk yard like I did or dremel the socket bigger to fit them in. There is a write up about somewhere online somewhere. I just got the harness from a wrecked 02.

im trying to find any place locally that sell them i can bring the lights there and test fit b4 i buy, still cant find anything.

I was the one who sold the '02 taillights to t4r4life.

I had always heard that the newer taillights were a direct replacement for the older ones. I sincerely appologize for the mis-information. Unfortunately I don't have an extra wiring harness for these, or I would send it out immediately. I completely understand if you want to return these for a complete refund. Just let me know.

Again, I am sorry that they didn't fit as I thought they would.

I can just ship them Monday. It shouldn't cost more that $3 and I owe you for the cb mount anyways. Will any of the bulb holders work from the 2000?

ya the brake turn are the same but the reverse lights use a smaller 921 bulb it rather easy to switch out the plug

totally not your fault bandit, 100% mine for not researching, but i installed it anyway and it looks great, i just have to get a socket that'll fit and everything will be all good
