Manual hub & hub centric predicament

I'm looking for some help with an issue I've run in to.

I purchased tacoma manual hubs with spindles from a fellow T4R member. I want to run my current oem sequoia wheels and need to run spacers to clear the UCA's. I've contacted Spidertrax and they said I can't run my current hub centric spacers because the inside diameter of the spacers wont fit over the manual hubs. If I run lug centric spacers up front with the oem sequoia wheels would it be dangerous or will it just cause vibration while driving?

Singtoe has spidertrax spacers and manual hubs. You should be good to go.

It's really easy if you don't have ABS. Just get Tacoma spindles that had manual hubs, well plus different CV's

I'm planning on doing the swap myself. I picked up the Aisin manual hubs, the tacoma spindles and the cv's. I'll get in touch with Singtoe and get some more info.

The spidertrax spacer will need to be modified but it is easy.

The issue is that the 12mm nuts that hold the manual hub onto the hub stick out to far.

I notched the inside of my spacer to clear those nuts. easy peasy.

I used a router and a carbide bit. Took 30 seconds to do each spacer.

That seems simple enough, have you noticed more vibration since the notching of the spacer?

Is this still holding up? We're working on my kid's 3rd gen and at the same place, but have .75" hub centric spacers - there doesnt seem to be enough room to trim like you did. Looking at lug centric spacers, maybe. But i'd feel better about hub centric. Maybe we just need to get 1.25" hub centric and mod.
