My timeline:
Their communication is their weak point, IMO. I did exchange a couple messages via Paypal resolution center after I got the shipping notice. That said, once I got my hubs and bearings, install was super easy. LIke, I'd gladly change hubs before working on drum brakes easy.
- Paid 12/6, got the confirmation email.
- Emailed 12/17, no response.
- Called 12/18 during shop hours, went to voicemail. No return call.
- Contacted Paypal 12/19
- Got shipping notice on 12/21 and the package arrived a couple days later.
