Marker bulb change

One of my marker bulbs just went out on my 05 runner. How do I replace? Do I need to remove entire headlight assembly?

No, you should be able to access it from opening the hood.

I was able to pull the harness that I believe was connected to it, but wasn't sure how to access the bulb.

1/4-1/3 of a turn to the left where it goes into the housing should allow the socket and bulb to come out as one piece.

Is it the marker light or the DRL light ?

I would like to have the same color brightness and color in my markers light as my DRL's.

I guess it's the drl. The small yellow light just above the headlight. It seems as though I need to remove the entire headlight assembly to access it. What am I missing?

I was just going to upload a photo of mine and I realized you have an 05 which is different than my 07. Does the owners manual offer anything other than "take it to the dealer"? Good luck.

Problem solved. Thanks guys, it was in the owners manual.
