yeah that seems easy enough. (i can weld it in myself in shop class at school). I'm just waiting on my tax return as of now to make my decision. are you having any group buys soon? or no?

Group Buys cripple manufacturing turn times, so the answer is no. I do not. I have "sales" instead which get you the same price without having to wait several months to receive your bumper. And, its currently On Sale now anyway. :cowboy:

Its .250 wall C-channel with gussets in the C-channel for support. Then we provide .250 wall out plates. This covers the crumple zone in the frame as well.

Its designed to slider over the outer frame rails and weld in place as shown above. It will require some trimming of the original bumper mounts on the end of the frame that can be done with an angle grinder. Its no more grinding than mounting any other aftermarket bumper.

So the box tubing i have welded between the frame rails will help support the your C-Channel? Looking into your bumper i'm beginning to like it if more! I'll probally be ordering one soon!

So, you have a 2x3 crossmember welded in already? Normally, your frame rails would have just been frame ends.

Yep the bumper in the pic above that i posted was based off of the 2x3 box tubing! Its flush with the frame ends or rails! I'll get a pic of it later this week!

I like how that yours is bolt on so i can repaint it each year! The winter here are very harsh! Will the road dept makes them harsh. They love to throw done the SALT!

Then, yes, it will just slide over the 2x3. Keep in mind that the nuts are welded to the back of it to bolt it on/off. So, you may need to drill some holes in the 2x3 so it sits flush. It would be incredibly strong though.

A good step bit should work on them holes.
