Yes, you can power the ballasts directly from the OE wiring as the ballasts are low-draw.
You may just need to reverse the polarity on the H11 plug that connects into the factory wiring. Please view this video for more info:

I purchased a pair of HID Volt Slim Ballast & bulbs from you guys less than 2 months ago and unfortunately, my driver side ballast has gone out. Don't know due to what reasons but I did try to flip bulbs from both sides, and both bulbs work on my passenger side ballast. So i'm assuming it has to do with the driver side ballast. Please let me know if there is anything you guys can do!
