So I recently purchased a 2000 SR5 2WD from the original owner who purchased a new one, and I love it. The only thing I do not like are the hideous after market wheels on it. Some kind of directional Enkeis. Anyway, I have found some Tundra OEM wheels and tires that I like much better. The question is will they fit. The current size on it are 225/75R15 and the Tundras are 265/70r18. So what do you guys think?

No telling without back spacing but it looks like the Tundra Tire is a a 32" tire meaning it will not clear without a lift. (Largest you can clear on stock suspension is a 265/75/R16 31" tire and still some people, like me, have a bit of rubbing at full lock and full stuff.) There isn't too much point in shelling out the cash for a lift on a 2WD in my opinion.

Shortly, keep looking.

I've heard some people running larger than 265/75R16, but troyblt is right in that as a rule of thumb that's the largest you can go and still be assured rubbing won't be a problem. Beyond that, it's kind of a case by case basis.
