I got the Nifty Catch- All Premiums for the front and rear seats. The fit is very good, so much so you don't have to use the carpet anchors that come with them. They stay put on their own.
When I ordered them I was concerned over the fit because the 3rd row kinda alters the 2nd row seat setup, but it fit fine. I liked how the rear mats contoured to the center hump, nice and flush. They're scotchguarded too, so you could just take them out and hose'em off when you want to clean'em.
The color matching was also good. Definitely much better that the lighter shaded Toyota carpet mats.
I got them because I wanted more durable mats (ate up the standard mats that came with the old '98). I was thinking of the Husky mats, which people swear by, but I just not a fan of plastic mats (just my preferance).
Overall, they look good, fit good, and so far are doing a good job (last weekends snow storm was a good test).

I have those same mats. I love them.
