So what date is the prerun going to be?

This post is only because [MENTION=60694]TheSentinel[/MENTION] is on vacation with his family this week and don't want this thread to go flat _______line.
This is the compiled list that I have figured so far for May 28th Run at
Calico Ghost Town...mines,tunnels and trails.

Like TheSentinel always says if I have missed anyone thus far or if you have changed your mind and would like to be removed please pm him and he will handle the correction.
This will be the meet area since there is multiple gas stations for you to choose and multiple food choices but also for the people bringing trailers or want to camp in an actual campground you can get your spot and drop off your trailer. The actual meet spot will be Peggy Sues Diner large enough area to not Jam up and cause a cluster ...! Plus that's where I'm gonna grub before hitting the trails if anyone else wants to join and gets there early enough.
Meet time 9am
Head out for trails no later than 930
Now.. Unless we (all that are camping ) want to agree on a area to camp at we could have that be the morning meeting spot or head to the chosen area after the meet at Peggy Sues Diner.
This anyone who would like to camp out for the weekend festivities
Calico KOA Campground
35250 Outer Hwy 15, Yermo, CA 92398
Full on campground all amenities needed
BLM Campgrounds for that area
These are $6 a night which you drop in a box
Which have a canopy w/picnic table and a fire pit, water and restrooms
1 Rainbow Basin Natural Area
2 Owl Canyon
3 Afton Canyon
But almost all of the Calico Mine area and trails is BLM land and you can camp anywhere you would like for Free. Just use common sense when picking a spot.

I have no comms and no recovery gear.

You have plenty of time to order a Baofeng handheld. $30 tops. Tow strap $25 on Amazon. I've used the heck out of both on the trails.

Mariposa Fairgrounds with our trailer for $30 a day. Power and water hook-ups, but no sewer (there is a dump station).

Upper Pines site 68 in July 4 nights. Got lucky
I took my tent trailer out of an 8 year coma for this. I got new tires on the way and plan on bringing it to Calico for a test pull after going over the bearings, brakes, etc. I opened it up last weekend not knowing what to expect but it looked great inside.

Yes it is 68 miles from my front door, lol.
It's just driving...it's only 2hrs...132 miles is just a number...the amount fun and good times with fellow T4R members...are memories for life.

Definitely can't be on the weenie list so count me in. I'll have the winch ready for this one to, probably won't need it but always a plus.

Damn your winched up now? That's good sh*!.. You rockin the hidden mount set up or did you get a bumper? I don't remember if you had a bumper already or not.
You'll need it cause I will go/try whatever until I get stuck ...just so we can try it out. Lol
