I really want to do Jawbone through the lower Seqoua's into Lake Isabella, up into 1000 giants above Kernville, then back down through Sherman Jeep Pass (I think that's the pass) to Monache Meadows.

that's more of a 3 day trip and something I MAY plan for late July/early August.

My boys are getting excited for some wheelin and camping. @SoSoRunner-We'll take our time on Sunday as well, my boys want to check out the ghost town.
I was going to borrow my buddy's trailer but if we don't have a spot to camp better to load everything in the rig and see where we all end up.

So Tyler's it is? I guess I'll just strap on all the camping gear






I'll probably stick around a bit on Sunday, if nothing else just to take my son up into the Ghost Town itself.

So on Sunday or even at the end of Saturday's run we could take a short drive 10-15 mins up the freeway on the the other side of the highway and go run the infamous Afton Canyon fun area it's the
(end of the Mojave Rd.) to run then do a couple big water crossings for some good video footage and also do a group photo under the Afton Bridge it makes for one hell cool group photo. Up to you guys and our time frame.

Wow the trails look amazing! How's the cell service out there? Any chance for those camping that I can meetup Sunday with everyone? Or is Sunday going to the end for everyone?

If the time frame allows and if I get off my lazy ass to install my diff breather after work this week, I'm in.

I did it there in the pics with no diff breather,.. And that just one of the crossings there's another that runs under/along another section of the Afton Bridge. You can go any speed slow ...fast .. Just don't let off the gas pedal and no water will get in.

But I do have everything to do the diff breather mod I picked up the parts for it from Toyota awhile back lol.

Likely to be a late week run like spring break was, like Thurs-Sat/Sun. I'll have to see which dates work for me and what else is planned for July/Aug, but I'll start a thread at that point.

That looks so cool! I'm definitely down! I know my boys are going to ask me to go through the water several time. Hopefully I don't get stuck....Heck you guys can pull me out!
