You have to of done a previous run to be admitted to do the next run. Which in your case would be doing this run in the Calico's, which is good cause it keeps you off the weenie list that you so asked to be on. So we will see you Saturday..oh and welcome the forum.
And another welcome and a What Up.for being a fellow Long Beach head on T4R.

Thanks man. She has cystic fibrosis so the hospital stays are a few times a year. Hopefully she bounces back and will come on the next run with me.
lol post #1 needs to be updated! took me forever to find the post regarding meet time etc. Didn't seem to catch the part about people camping friday night though, was wondering details about that? me and a couple buddies would love to join the early birds due to calico being a couple hours away. I would rather arrive friday night. We have minimal gear, simple 4 person camping tent, pillows and blankets lol, but would still love the opportunity to camp over night. @one

That's rad ..I haven't even been able to watch any of the footage I have except a minute or two which was awesome and then my laptop decided to crap out me for good this time. And I don't have anything else that will read this type of file. My iPad has no memory slot my Windows tablet does but only the mini memory cards and my other mini laptop which I turned on for the first time in 5 yrs last night is running Windows 7 and I need Windows 8 or 10 to read the memory file...FML!!!
But I just figured out how to watch it through my fully hacked Firestix box which android 4.4 based to my tv. Now I gotta figure out from there how to move it from there hopefully with email or transfer it, something I dunno.

You put me on the weenie list even though I was already committed, and I'm still in! Even had to tell my ex to fckoff for her Sunday visitation, she wants to see him she can get him Monday.
I think that would be me! 2007 FJ Cruiser ... if you'll have me. I'll plan to be at the diner by 9, may come out to Tyler's camp spot on Friday if I can get off work at a decent hour.

How far is that from Calico? Ridgecrest is a ways off on the 395... I'm camping at the Calico Ghost Town.

The pin says Ridgecrest but its not anywhere near there in reality. I would put it about 15 miles north of Barstow. I hope to make it there about 9pm Friday.
FWIW Barstow is not exactly the safest town and the further I can be out of town camping, the better. Not totally sure about the Ghost Town CG never stayed there.
