I live in florida. Go wheeling it rains now its hot you are covered by mosquitoes. Besides that, in the past month what I know from close friends family and work. Most of the things that have happened were within 5 or 6 miles from each other Its not a bad part of town ether. A lot of the stuff gets kept on the down low In that area my my dad lives in is a middle class area surrounded by upper middle class. Mike Alstott former Tampa Bay Buccaneers player lives walking distance away. Thats how close reality is.

my friend chris and his girl friend were involved in a head on colision with a cop 10 miles out of his area in a cop suv, no one is at fault even though cop ran a red light (got on video) he is left with out a car and paying out of pocket.
5 corner stores were robbed with in 5 miles from where I work. One someone got shot at.

One of the court cases yesterday this guy was speeding down gulf blvd in indian rocks beach and I guess hit some people using the cross walk. There is flashing yellow lights how do you not see the crosswalk.
I hate it here, it seams like such a nice area, but really depends where you are at where you go and what time of the day or night. But then again everywhere has a dark side
It has its positives. Keep the right people around and do the right things for your self Fl is a awesome place. The biggest thing is what city you live in and what part you go through. The weather can be rough, hot sun then sudden shower, now hot and humid, later on at night cool and relaxing. Going to the beach at 3 am, the quiet sound of everyone being asleep and being able to hear all the sounds the earth makes. Then being able to walk back to the car go home and sleep in a bed not a tent. I have been many places, Bahamas, Mexico, Jamaica, Candida, the west coast, mountains, north east, all parts of this quarter of the world. Every time I cant wait to get back to FL. There is so much history, and diverse cultures here. Miami is like LA but swap china town with the Caribbean. Snooki from jersey shore, Emeril Lagasse, the Hogen family, Mario Andretti, and other big names. I have seen them my self here in St. Petersburg and Sarasota. Back when the settlers came over from Europe the original plan was to go to FL. They ran out of beer so thats the whole reason they stopped in the NE, on a ship in the 1600s alcohol was safer to drink then water. ex fresh water sitting for a couple months gets nasty fast add rum, now drinkable thats grog. Pigs were introduced to North America through Saint Petersburg by Hornando De Soto in the 1500s. With out FL we might not have bacon.
