Thanks for the link. I usually check the lifted thread religiously, but I guess I missed that post. Those do look pretty nice.
That would be me. They are exactly like the ATX Mojave and Yuma 908B, except .5 in wider at 8.5. They have the same backspacing of 4.5 but with a -6 offset.
When I went to have them installed the discount tire tech tried telling me they wouldn't fit without the spacers (I had spidertrax 1.25 on with my stockers) as the rim was hitting the caliper. I didn't buy it but wanted to leave the spacers on anyway to see how it looked. It was too wide in my opinion but more importantly the tires were rubbing really bad on the body mount, so I took the spacers off and since the rims are 8.5" wide with -6 offset they are out wide enough for me. Oh and yes they fit fine without spacers, they don't hit the caliper. I'm sure they are as good in quality as the AR ATX Mojaves but at $110, I couldn't justify spending the extra $.

Thanks for the feedback. I was hoping you'd chime in on this thread. I've pretty much decided this will be my wheel setup, combined with 285 Duratracs, and either the Toytec Ultimate lift, or the Bilstein lift they have advertised on their site. Gotta like the price of that:thumb3:. I figure the same as you: no need for spacers with that rim, and 285s, should be plenty wide enough as is. And it's good to hear that there are no issues with the calipers. Are you running aftermarket UCAs?

bRunner, LOVE the wheels! Few questions please. Did you do 5 rims? Will the rim from DT fit in place of the spare? I also assume, the size you mention will fit the stock tire size without any problems?

I'm probably going with these. I have to wait until tax return time before I make the purchase. I've decided on rims, and lift, just still debating on how big a tire I want to run (275 vs 285).
I only went with 4. I don't know if that rim will work underneath for the spare. I assume a 265 tire will be ok on a 8.5" rim, just check the recommended wheel width for your tire on tirerack.com or something.

Just to add a datapoint, I've been running these wheels for about a year. I am still using the OE size tires (but not the OE tires) and I think the wheels sit a bit wider than the OE wheels. To me, this looks good. I do get a little bit of rubbing on the front fender liners when in reverse and turning sharply.

Yes, they sit wider. OE wheels are 7.5" wide with 0 offset. The MB 72 is 8.5" wide with a -6mm offset. Which means the MB 72 sits .5" (half the increase in width) + the -6mm offset which means the edge of the wheel is approx .75" (.5" + 6mm offset) further out than the stock wheel.
Front rubbing is eliminated by the front fender mod commonly sited here on the forum.

I am not a fan of those rims, if I could buy a new set of wheels this is what I would get.

Those aren't bad, but I think I like the holes better than the arms, so the Level 8 Tracker for the same price would be a consideration.

I run them on my Tacoma...love em'
and tried on my 14 runner but they are discontinued!
I ran 285's on the stock rims with no lift and it only rubbed on the front inner wheel well. Which can be remedied using the fender mod.
With the MB 72 being wider than stock rim and with the -6 offsett, that will change the geomotry so I don't know how that would work out. But I think you'd likely be ok with the front fend mod but may have some get rubbing on the body mount.
