I know in marin, they finally started something new where the parents of the minor with alcohal get charged. The fines run about a grand atleast for the first time. Too many kinds around here get away with EVERYTHING.
When I was in High school there were some pretty bad accidents, couple fatalities and people seemed to just say that sucks and then keep drinking and drivin their friends home.
Everybodies gotta try it, just wish the stupid kids weren't allowed to leave their houses!

yup thats tuff love...wish that would happen to some other people. Too many people are always driving drunk. I see it all the time, people getting out of the clubs and bars and just jumping in their cars. Not to mention all the kids that are drinking and driving. Crazy stuff. wow that blows. im 16, and sure ive made some mistakes by drinking, and only once riding my dirtbike around a buddies farm, but i have learned my lesson. i may drink lightly occasionly, but NEVER again will i make that mistake. but if my mom sold any of my wheels for just having booze in the car, i would shit a brick, but keep in mind i am a teen. but i guess it did teach a lesson...

ah ha ha so true. i hope when im 19 i wont be caught dead in a granny-mobile.

His parents probably bought the car for him anyways...if my parents found alcohol in my 4runner they would sell me into bondage. jk. but it wouldnt be good. couldnt sell my car though, its under my name, since i bought it.
