measurement request

Not with a 4runner right now, but need the distance between the tailgate and the back of the seat, and also the distance between the wheel wells. Thanks

Oh I mean I need to knwo the dimensions to see if I can fit a picture frame flat in there.

I just need to know the dimensions for carrying some art but I am not around a 4runner right now to measure it, so I thought a 4runnin family member could help me out, thanks for the replies

Length = 68"
Width between wheel wells = 40"

Yeah I can find those measurements all over so the real measurement is needed bewteen the seat and tailgate since there will be people in the seats, can't really fold them down with people in them (living people).

What about if you hung a plum line from the top of the back seat down, how many inches would be cut off, like 3 you think?

Previous numbers were on the rubber carpet cover.
Rolled the window down to measure straight front to back on the centerline. It's 34" at the top of the seats (level with the cargo cover) to the rear panel, that also has a bowed shape to it so you might lose some more. That's less than I thought so I double checked the previous numbers.
