Mechanic Recommendations in Raleigh, NC

I know most of you are mainly DIY-ers, but does anyone in the Raleigh area toyota mechanic that they love?

I am stupidly loyal to my mechanic and am getting to the point where I do not trust them, and other friends have had experiences with this mechanic that make me want to leave.

Any and all input is appreciated, thanks!

Hey man, I live in Raleigh, but drive to one of my buddy's shops in Durham. He's a great guy, won't try to get you to fix stuff that doesn't absolutely need to. He and his father run it and they are great people! They have done a lot of work for me!

It's called Noble Auto Repair, off of Guess Road in Durham. There is one under that name in Raleigh, but it is not them.

I promise it will be worth your drive! If you do decide to use them, mention that Tanner sent you when you talk to them!

I know a guy that does good work. He does it out of the garage of his apartment. He doesn't try to tell you, you need to fix or change a bunch of bullshit. He just looked at my brakes vibrating. I was thinking of changing all 4 rotors and pads, I even told him that was what I wanted just so they wouldn't vibrate. He looked at them all and said replace the front two rotors everything else is working perfectly. Saved me a ton of money. I can give you his number if you want.

There are a few good places outside the dealership that you can try however, when i am in a pinch and not able to get to the work myself due to career keeping me busy I take my Toyota's to Creech Import Auto Repair. Great family owned business with good service and the snacks are awesome! The lazyboy sofa is a sleep death trap. Nevertheless, I would give them a try, no ripoffs here!
