Mechanical engine squeek question

First thing in the morning, get an occasional chirp from the engine and goes away once warmed up. Recently had belt changed at dealer, but still noticed it after. Possible tensioner??

Secondly, I rode my 4runner hard this weekend offroad and my engine now sounds like it winds up and down with acceleration/deceleration.
