I want a Street Scene Stainless Speed Grille for mine. They refuse to answer my emails though inquiring if they plan to make one. Pisses me off but oh well. I have their Speed Grille in my 96 Ram and love it. I think mesh grilles look flimsy, cheesy, and ricer. Mostly because anyone can make a mesh grille because it's so easy to manipulate. Plus, I dont know, it just looks funky, like you put a screen door on the front of your vehicle. The Street Scene's grilles however, are beefier, at least have some style to them, and you cant go outside with a set of wire cutters and some upholstery rings and make it work. It's a stamped sheet of steel or aluminum and press-formed and sturdy.
If I can find a way to outfit mine with one, I think most of you guys would agree, it's really the way to go.
If I could only figure out how to get a sheet of the special perforated metal they use for them........... :yummie:
