Just saw this as well. Watched the install video if you can even call it that, it never addressed the chip in there or even said “oh by the way you’ve also got to get a new key cut.”

Am I missing something? They looks great, I’m sure they’ll sell even at $70.

I have no doubt they'll sell, and it's a great offering, however for those of us who have already cut up our keys for an AJT style it's not as desirable, plus the having to have a key cut on top of the 70 bucks, just not something for me to get excited about.

Having already dissected a keyfob for my AJT is actually a plus for me, that means I don't have to dig out that damn transponder again.

Does any locksmith cut the key or does the dealer have to cut it?
