Did you have to modify the headliner at all? It looks bigger but kind of hard to tell if it really is. I've always been underwhelmed with the interior lighting. The LED upgrade helped a lot but the dome light was still definitely lacking.
I'd like to add some in the back as well.

Completely plug and play. The meso domelight replaces the stock dome light lens. Took a couple minutes max to install.

Here's what he has in store for the rear cargo area lights.

It's one guy making all this stuff out of his garage. He mainly does Tacoma stuff and it's extremely popular on tacomaworld. When he restocks, it usually sells out within an hour.
 
I like mine. I had his dual color map lights and dome light on my Tacoma and loved them. Wish he did the map lights for the 4Runner.
