Usually really fast but depends on if it is in stock, custom setup or shipping direct from a vendor. Call them on the phone. I've only had one time they didn't get right back to me and it was during cruise Moab so they are automatically forgiven!

I've had mixed results. Like [MENTION=89562]bimrunner[/MENTION] said, it's all got to do with whether or not they have everything in your order in stock. I've had stuff shipped same week, and I've had an order delayed by 2-3 weeks because they were waiting on stock from Icon.
When I called to ask what was up, they offered to ship what they had, and ship the rest when it came in at no extra cost.

I ordered from them as well on Friday and spoke with Ryan over the phone and placed the order through him. I have yet to hear anything on my order or a confirmation #. Ryan had told me It could take up to two weeks worst case before I hear anything on shipping. I am trusting my order is confirmed and metal tech is just waiting on icon. Though I figured they would have plenty of stock for their BF/CM sales.

Those guys are pretty good over there. I've bought many things from them and never had any issues. Like what Ol'Baditude said, they too offered to ship what was in stock but I just told them to wait until they could ship everything. Give them a call, they always seem eager to help and let you know what's going on.

Ok maybe I was overly excited and jumped the gun on them. I talked with them that afternoon that I posted this up and within 15 min of talking to them they had sent me the shipping info. He just said with the Icon sale for cyber monday they were all kinds of busy. I should have my stuff by monday evening!
