MetalTech vs OPOR Slider

sroodtuo PM'd me for some shots of the MT TE Sliders. Specifically, he wanted shots from overhead showing how far they stick out from the body compared to the OPOR Sliders. I figured others may want to see this as well so here they are. Yes, I am fully aware these are horrible in quality, but Antman will be proud:heh:

Thank for the photos. And the quality isn't bad either. Maybe Mark and LT should hire you to do product marketing.

Great quality sliders and kid approved step.

OPOR sliders by metal tech questions...

Looked and looked through a bazillion posts, so no flaming. Lol

Any cutting or removal required for install on a non-KDSS 2018 off road premium?

Any reason to believe that the 2016 TRD pro version of these sliders wouldn't have the right fitment on an 2018 OFP (different trim or bolt pattern)?

Is there a reason why none of these fab companies have moderately good websites with pics and PDFs of pics and instructions? Lol

Much thanks!

Give Metaltech a call or email. They were super responsive and helpful to a bunch of questions that I had before I bought my OPOR sliders. Great bunch of guys, and I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

To more directly answer your question: I believe that they carry a more or less common slider for the OPORs that fits most all of the trims (except maybe limiteds). There are holes I did not use during my install. The full MT sliders may be more bespoke, but again I suggest to hitting them up as they're very good at telling you what their product will fit on.

Thanks for the reply. I'll do just that. Wanted to ask here, as I trust this community more than most suppliers. Lol
