Michelin LTXA/T2 Tires. Comments?

Glad you like them , looking forward a long term review.

The sidewall strength concerned me a little , they seemed a little spongy to me and the dealer when I looked at them, which will make them ride nicer then the Revo.

Neither here nor there I think you made a good choice with them. I've heard through the grapevine the traction off road is supposed to be good .

They are a bit on the spongy side in comparison to the Revo but they grip harder if that makes any since. I would put them right next to the Revo in wet road traction comparison. They're a very confident tire and I'm not afraid to take them off-road in fear of tearing a sidewall. My softer sidewall comment was more referenced to high speed handling situations.

Thats what I meant about the softer feel although I was comparing them to something totally different at thee tire dealer .

I think the key word here is that they feel confident and you feel safe/confident driving on them. IMO then its the best tire you could buy. Mich's do ride nice.
